NYC Black Ride is a DidiBooking website operated through Dragon Byte Design Inc.. A request is not a confirmed ride until the applicable booking steps are completed and confirmation is issued.
Quotes and vehicles
Price, vehicle, driver, pickup details, included items and additional charges are controlled by the booking flow and confirmation. Equivalent vehicles may be substituted based on actual supply.
Current cancellation policy
The current official terms provide a 90% refund when cancellation is received at least 168 hours before pickup, a 70% refund from 24 hours to under 168 hours, and no refund inside 24 hours. Contact official support with the order number; cancellation confirmation and refund settlement are separate steps.
Current waiting policy
The current official terms provide 30 minutes of free waiting, then $50 per additional 30-minute period or part thereof. Waiting starts at the scheduled pickup time. Flight changes and extended waiting require support confirmation and depend on driver availability.
