Information submitted through NYC Black Ride and passed into DidiBooking booking or support flows is handled under the official DidiBooking Privacy Policy, last updated September 2, 2026. If this summary conflicts with that policy, the official policy controls.
Information and purposes
Depending on the feature, information may include contact, itinerary, passenger, luggage, flight, preference, transaction-status, support, device, cookie, referral and security data. It is used to quote and perform trips, process transactions, send service notices, support customers, protect safety and improve the service.
Sharing and retention
Necessary information may be shared with the driver or transportation provider fulfilling a trip and with contracted technology, payment, mapping, communications, security, accounting, insurance or legal providers. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for service, legal, accounting, insurance, security and dispute purposes.
Your choices
Applicable law may provide access, correction, deletion or other rights. Email support@didibooking.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. Identity verification may be required.
