TRIP QUESTIONS
What to know before requesting a quote
How is the trip price determined?+
The route, date and time, vehicle class, stops and applicable trip policies may affect the quote. Review the confirmed total before booking.
Can I request a driver language?+
Yes. A preferred language is subject to availability and is not guaranteed until confirmed.
How should I report luggage?+
Enter checked and carry-on luggage accurately so the available vehicle class can be evaluated for the trip.
Is a specific vehicle model guaranteed?+
A booking should be based on the confirmed vehicle class. A comparable vehicle may be substituted when the applicable policy allows it.
